Online school gives you a lot of freedom. You can stay in your pajamas all day. You can eat snacks during class. Students can also go at their own pace. If math is confusing, you just rewind.
But online school makes it hard to focus. It is easy to play video games instead. YouTube is always just one click away. Also, bad Wi-Fi can ruin your day. It gets really lonely sitting alone.
In-person learning is definitely more effective for kids. Middle schoolers need to see real people. We need teachers to keep us on track. Online learning is only good for adults.
